The Travel Lion is a especial program that helps to improve the communication between the school and our families. In this program each child will have the opportunity to bring at home a backpack with educational activities as well as the Travel Lion. The Travel Lion and its backpack remain at the child's home only one night and it is the student responsibility to bring it back to school the next day,.     

   Parents need to talk to their children about how to take care of the backpack and the Travel Lion; but also to ensure their children do the activities at home as a part of their homework. Parents and students who wants to participate in the Travel Lion Program need to sign a especial form and return it at the school.

The Travel Lion Program  helps to increase the student's interest on learning. By taking the backpack and the Travel Lion at home and bring it back to school the next day; by doing their homework...the children learn how to be responsible.

My Kindergarten Class is very excited about the program. They can't wait to have the Travel Lion at home.
