Discipline Plan
I have based my discipline plan on the school rules. The Classroom rules are review on daily basis as well as the restrooms, hallways, and cafeteria rules.

 

Classroom Rules

 
Listen to your teacher.

Raise your hands to speak•.

Keep your hands on yourself•.  

Wait your turn•. 

Be helpful, friendly, and fair.    

•Share with others.  

•Pay attention.    

•Be polite (Don't say bad words).    

Work quietly at your seat.

 
Rewards:

 
Be teacher assistant.     

Positive Oral rewards.   

Free extra Time. 

Free time in the computer.

Have lunch with the teacher. 

Stickers, pencils.   

Take the attendance for one day. 

Read a book to the principal

Consequences:

 
Silent Signal.

First Warning.

Talk briefly with the student.

Time out.

No recess.

Send a note home. 

Sad face on the conduct folder*  

Visit to the principal.

Principal, parents, teacher, and the student conference.

 

 

 

* Everyday I send home a conduct folder with happy or sad faces on it according to the children's behavior. The parents have to sign and return the conduct folder to the school the next day with their child.

 

 

Note: When a child does something inappropriate, he/she will be send to the principal's office immediately with a discipline blue form completed and signed by the teacher.
