I LIKE HALLOWEEN
A pumpkin round and very fat
(hands clasped, arms forming a circle)
A scary witch with a pointy hat,
(hands making hat above head)
The shiny eyes of a big black cat,
(point to eyes and look around)
That Makes Halloween!
A ghost that's hiding the the hall,
(make swooping "ghost" gestures with arms)
A skeleton wobbling on the wall,
(make body wobble back and forth)
The spooky sound of an owl's call,
(hand cupped behind ear, listening)
That Makes Halloween!
Halloween Is Coming
Halloween is coming,
What will you be?
I might be a pirate
On the deep blue sea.
Halloween is coming,
What will you do?
I might go trick or treating,
How about you?
Halloween is coming,
Who will you meet?
I might meet a princess
Skipping down the street.
Halloween is coming,
What will you wear?
I might wear a blanket
And be a brown bear.
Halloween is coming,
What will you see?
I might see a jack-o-lantern
Winking at me.

It's a SECRET,
So wait and see!
5 Little Pumpkins
5 little pumpkins sitting on a gate.
The first one said, "Oh my it's getting late."
The second one said, "There are witches in the air."
The third one said, " But we don't care."
The fourth one said, "I'm ready for some fun."
The fifth one said, " let's run and run and run."
And oooooooh went the wind
and out went the lights
and the five little pumpkins rolled out of site.
Three Little Pumpkins
Three little pumpkins in a pumpkin patch (hold up 3 fingers)
The first one said I'm sleepy ( make sleep face)
The 2nd one said I don't know why but I feel weepy ( make a cryin face)
The 3rd one said rolling by I'm gonna be in pumpkin pie! (rub tum and
smile)
My Pumpkin Seed
I had a little pumpkin seed
I put it in the ground
I listened and I listened
But it didn't make a sound
It grew so very fat
and it grew so very high
I took it home to mommy
and she made me pumpkin pie
THE PUMPKIN SEED
I had a little pumpkin seed.
I put it in the ground.
The rain came down
so hard last night,
I thought my seed
had drowned.
I didn't have to worry though.
It's fine as it can be.
I know because I went outside
And dug it up to see.
